Who We Are
Leinster Facilities Management Services is a Brisbane-based company dedicated to supporting in-house facilities management teams across Queensland. We don't replace your FM — we work alongside them, providing the extra capacity, specialist skills, and reliable support that keeps commercial buildings running smoothly.
Founded by Kevin Walker in 2019, Leinster FM Services was built on the belief that great facility management is built on trust, communication, and deep technical knowledge. Our team brings decades of hands-on experience across commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout South East Queensland.

FM Director, Leinster FM Services
Kevin Walker founded Leinster Facilities Management Services in 2019 after more than two decades working across commercial facilities management in Queensland. Having spent years on both the client and contractor side of FM, Kevin saw a clear gap in the market — in-house FM teams that needed reliable, technically capable support without the overhead of a large contractor.
Kevin's hands-on background spans HVAC, fire systems, building controls, and compliance across commercial, retail, and mixed-use assets throughout South East Queensland. He built Leinster FM Services on the principles he valued most as an FM manager himself: clear communication, technical integrity, and a genuine partnership approach.
